I'm not leaving to go hide in a camp. I'm here as a citizen and feel like I can do more here than I could there. Someone has to get supplies to the camps and that's what I've been primarily doing. Also, my family is here and I'm not going to just leave and make the Death Eaters turn their eyes on them because I randomly disappeared.
That said, I will be pulling out of attending so many D.A. meeting and doing as much as I have been. I believe in this cause and doing our part against the tyrants in the Ministry, but I'm not going to risk things unnecessarily and I'm not going to let my friends do that either.

Has anyone heard from Anthony or Terry? They didn't come through the apothecary to get to the last DA meeting and I haven't seen them since. I was going to go by their homes today but wanted to be sure if anyone had heard from them or not. I also didn't want to be seen going to their places if they're being watched...

I haven't heard anything about the Ministry looking for anyone of us in the D.A. I've been keeping my eyes and ears open even more than normal since the Parvati incident. We can't be too careful and it seems like they'll use any excuse to investigate a person or their home.

I don't know what it is about the cold, but when it's dark here at the Macmillan estate and you're outside, I swear it's a little creepy when it's cold.

Going to the Leaky today to spend some time with some work books and the like. Of course it will be nice to be near Hannah and Wayne while they're working. Just saying.

Went hunting for the fox that has been causing trouble around here. Wayne and I were eventually able to catch the thing after going on a wild goose chase for nearly 24 hours. I've hunted fox before but never have I ever encountered one so sly. I'm fairly certainly it possesses an intelligence above that of the normal fox. Despite our desires to end the thing, my sister insisted we relocate it and spare it's life. Lucky for this fox that Alison is skilled at getting her way with her pout.

I've got another shipment of potions ready for the Order that I'll be sending off soon. If anyone has anything they'd like to add then come by my potions shop in Diagon or my family home in Finlaystone to get it to me. Which ever is less risky for you works for me.
Also, to those with the Order, is there anything specifically requested? More blankets, clothing, toys for the children?

My mother is insisting on my birthday celebrations to be on a larger scale than I would like. This year I feel like celebrating with family and a few close friends, but she insists that it is entirely necessary to celebrate regardless of circumstances and most importantly, because of them. That being said, she's told me that I have to invite at least twenty people. It will be held at my family home and grounds in Finlaystone, Scotland. Attire will certainly be formal, that much everyone can count on. There will be more information to come, as soon as my mother tells me, I'm sure.

Yesterday went by too quickly. From dusk till dawn I was bent over a cauldron and table, preparing ingredients and watching every minuet detail for change or fluctuation in temperature, thickness, color, or scent. So involving that I can't even remember eating; though I'm sure I must have since I don't remember being hungry at any time. So rest assured Hannah, I'm not withering away in a potions room somewhere. As they say, time flies when you're having fun, and what better way to spend a day at work than to be brewing from the wee hours of the morning until past midnight. That being said, I have a massive crick in my neck. It's so bad that I can't turn my head to one side and is starting to make the same ear ache. Looks like I'll have to slip a pain reliever from the shelves of the store.
Good thing about working at an apothecary is the easy access to a remedy to what ails you.

Well, looks like we'll be blessed with Harry's observing eye at our next meeting? Maybe the meeting after that. I think we've been doing well during his absence and can show that we're ready for something new. That being said, of course many of us can still work on dueling, but that's been what we've been doing this whole time it seems. Sure, Ron is an Auror and has been attempting to teach us a few things; but let's face it, Ron should never take a profession in teaching.
